I saw Riley who is a colorist at Oakbrook and from the very beginning, she took the time to do multiple consultations before we even moved forward with coloring my hair. She truly listened to all of my concerns, especially regarding thinning and scalp sensitivities, and she made me feel completely comfortable with the process. Her knowledge and expertise really stood out to me. My color turned out beautiful, I really wanted a change and was extremely pleased with the way my color turned out! She also recommended a hair oil that has genuinely helped with my thinning and sensitive scalp.
